Diplomatic relations between Republic of Armenia and Republic of Senegal were established on 08 April 2004.
Օn November 21, 2011 Mr. Mamadou Saliou Diouf was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Senegal to the Republic of Armenia (residence in Moscow)
