Sweden

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Kingdom of Sweden were established on 10 July, 1992.


In November 2006, Ara Aivazian was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of Sweden (residence in Vilnius).

In March 2006,  Diana Janse, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Republic of Armenia (residence in Tbilisi) presented her credentials to the President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan. 
 
On 15 May, 2006 Edith Khachatourian was appointed Honorary Consul of Sweden   in Armenia.
